Deceptive pictures, noisy rooms

The staff was really nice and helpful during my stay.

The bathroom tiles were loose and the shower wasn't cleaned properly. I could easily hear conversations from the room next door.

Well located establishment, good breakfast.

We were on the ground floor, there was noise in the hallway and from the neighbours. Pretty badly insulated. There were a lot of people in the pool, we couldn't enjoy it.

Hotel as a whole is nicely appointed and very peaceful, I truly enjoyed it.

It has both respectful and hospitable staff.

We booked a room with a great view, enjoyed the convenience of on-site private parking, and received exceptional service.

Great location close to the airport, making it super convenient for travelers ✈️ The rooms are newly decorated and come with fresh towels and an ultra-cozy bed. We'd definitely choose to stay here again next time we're in town!

Fancy hotel with helpful staff, has perfect location close to the hospital.

Brand-new and air conditioned rooms with a very comfy bed are accompanied by good service. Our hotel is set in a central location right by airport and downtown and restaurant. Love Field district deserves to be explored.

Excellent service is offered here, and there is a lovely pool available for guests to enjoy.

Very clean hotel

Power outage from 9:30 pm to 3 am... not cool for wifi...

A normal hotel for reasonable money. There's a pool. The room has an ironing board with an iron (which suddenly came in handy).

It must be remembered that the vast majority of American hotels have American (non-returnable) showers and, much more importantly, American sockets (and adapters are often not available - so it is highly desirable to have them with you in advance). The hotel "Baymont by Wyndham Dallas/Love Field" (the name when booking) does not exist in fact. There is nothing in the place where the hotel with this name is marked, although 30 meters away is the "Baymont Inn & Suites Dallas Love Field", marked next to it as a separate hotel (which, as it turns out, is the right hotel). Although it's not difficult to put together a 2+2, it's still weird. The hotel is located in the northwest of the city (far from the center, to put it mildly) - next to a lot of major road junctions. The nearest railway/tram station (in Dallas, the main public transport is half a tram or half a train: it looks like a train, but walks like a tram; although it's quite simple and convenient, and it's not difficult to get to the centre) is not very close (20-25 minutes on foot). By the way, the nearest station is "Bachman Station" and not "University of Dallas", as it may seem on the map - you can't reach the hotel from it (unless you walk on highways without pavements). And in principle this part of the city is not too adapted to walk here (at least one major road, in front of the hotel, almost have to run).

The place was clean and the staff were attentive. Comfortable and in a good location close to key attractions. Close to Love Field airport, restaurants, shopping malls, and nightlife. Beautifully kept hotel; I would come here again.

The room was too small for 3 persons with full luggage and unfortunately we had cockroaches in the room and in the corridor although it was actually very clean.

Cozy rooms that are spacious and fresh towels were a nice touch. The bed was super comfortable too! 😊
